Shop. Learn. Connect. Celebrate. Join us for our Fall Market & Drumming Circle — a community gathering featuring pagan-aligned vendors, workshops, and live drumming.

Non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
Payment can be made in person at an upcoming gathering, or online via the donation link on the UUCT website.
- ✓If paying online: mark "CUUPs Market in the Woods" in the notes field.
- ✓Print out a copy of your receipt and bring it with you to the event.
Complete the vendor sign-up form via Google Forms. Submission does not guarantee acceptance — vendors are confirmed upon receipt of form, payment, and agreement acceptance.

Vendor Agreement
By submitting the vendor application, you agree to the following terms:
- 1I understand my booth fee is $20 and is non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
- 2I understand I must supply my own tent, tables, chairs, and display equipment.
- 3I agree to arrive during designated setup times and remain until the event officially closes.
- 4My booth will remain clean and free of hazards throughout the event as well as fully clean my area upon closure of the event.
- 5I understand that no illegal items, weapons, hate-related materials, or live animals may be sold.
- 6I understand that all herbal, food, or wellness products must comply with applicable laws and may not make medical claims.
- 7I understand that I am responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales taxes.
- 8I grant CUUPs Circles in the Woods permission to use my business name, logo, and submitted photos for event promotion.
- 9I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are accepted fully upon receipt and review of this form, payment and receipt of vendor agreement acceptance.
- 10I release CUUPs Circles in the Woods, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa, volunteers, and event organizers from liability for loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring during the event.
